To receive a full refund the item(s) must be returned
within 30 days of the date of purchase. After the 30
days a merchandise credit will be issued that can be
used at any time.

All returns need to have a return authorization number.
A customer service representative will issue you a return
authorization number that should be boldly displayed
on the outside of the package. Your refund/credit will
be issued upon receipt of the merchandise.
